Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Zone

We currently deliver within a 20 km radius of Malleshpalya, Bangalore.

We do not deliver outside this service area. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address falls within our delivery zone before placing an order.

Amaami Bakes shall not be held responsible for orders placed outside our delivery zone.

2. Delivery Charges

• A flat delivery charge of ₹99 applies to all orders.

• Free delivery is available on orders above ₹2,500.

3. Delivery Days

Deliveries are available:

• Monday

• Tuesday

• Thursday

• Friday

• Saturday

• Sunday

Closed on Wednesdays

We are closed every Wednesday and do not offer deliveries on this day.

4. Pre-Order & Cut-Off Time

All products at Amaami Bakes are freshly baked to order.

No Same-Day Delivery

We do not accept same-day delivery requests.

Order Cut-Off

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

• Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered on the following available delivery day.

• Orders placed on Wednesday before 11:00 AM will be delivered on Thursday.

• Orders placed on Wednesday after 11:00 AM will be delivered on Friday.

5. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery window is:

5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

We intentionally schedule deliveries during the evening to ensure your baked goods arrive in the best possible condition.

While we strive to deliver within the scheduled window, delivery times may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Late Evening Delivery

Customers requiring delivery after 8:00 PM may request this at the time of placing their order via WhatsApp.

Late delivery requests are subject to availability and delivery partner schedules.

Please note that orders requesting late delivery will not be dispatched before the requested delivery time.

6. Delivery Process

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with your delivery tracking details.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM to receive the order.

Amaami Bakes shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

• Recipient unavailability.

7. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the delivery window.

In the event of a failed delivery due to:

• Recipient unavailability, or

• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer,

the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

As all products are freshly baked to order and are perishable, re-delivery of the same order is not possible.

Amaami Bakes shall not be held responsible for any loss arising from failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information or recipient unavailability.

8. Perishable Products

All Amaami Bakes products are freshly prepared and perishable.

We strongly recommend that someone is available to receive your order on the selected delivery date.

Amaami Bakes cannot be held responsible for any deterioration in product quality resulting from:

• Delayed acceptance of delivery.

• Recipient unavailability.

• Incorrect delivery address.

9. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted third-party delivery partners to fulfil customer orders.

Although every effort is made to package products securely for safe transportation, Amaami Bakes shall not be liable for damage caused during transit by third-party delivery partners.
