3. Orders

  • All orders placed on our website are subject to review and acceptance by Amaami Bakes.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

  • All orders are pre-orders only. We do not accept same-day orders.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Once your order has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

4. Pricing

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

  • A flat delivery charge of ₹99 applies to all orders.

  • Free delivery is available on orders above ₹2,500.

5. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.

  • We accept:

    • Debit Cards

    • UPI

    • Digital Wallets

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment gateway.

  • Amaami Bakes does not store your payment information.

6. Delivery

  • We currently deliver within a 20 km radius of Malleshpalya, Bangalore.

  • Deliveries are available Monday to Sunday, except Wednesdays.

  • Delivery time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM on your selected delivery date.

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 4 hours of placing the order.

  • Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate.

Please note:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.

  • All products are freshly prepared and are perishable.

  • Refrigerate products immediately upon delivery.

  • For the best taste and freshness, consume within 2–3 days of delivery.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability.

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure events.
