How do I place an order?
Simply browse our menu, select your product, choose your size and preference (egg/eggless), pick your delivery date and place your order. All orders are pre-order only — we don't accept same day orders.
What is the order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 11 AM are eligible for next day delivery. Orders placed after 11 AM will be delivered the following day.
Do you take custom cake orders?
We currently focus on our signature menu. However feel free to reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 6360712195 and we'll see what we can do!
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Since everything is baked fresh to order, modifications or cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of placing the order. Please WhatsApp us immediately at +91 6360712195. We're unable to accommodate changes after this window as preparation would have already begun.
Are your products eggless?
We offer both egg and eggless options for our cakes and cake tubs at the same price.
Do you use fresh ingredients?
Absolutely! Every product is baked fresh to order using quality ingredients. We are committed to using the best ingredients available to ensure every bite is as delicious as it should be.
How should I store my order once received?
All our cakes and cheesecakes should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and consumed within 2-3 days for best taste and freshness.
Delivery
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver within a 20km radius of Malleshpalya, Bangalore. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery zone please contact us at amaamibakes@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 6360712195 before placing your order.
Do you deliver every day?
We deliver Monday to Sunday except Wednesdays as we are closed for deliveries. Orders placed on Wednesday before 11 AM will be delivered Thursday, and orders placed after 11 AM on Wednesday will be delivered Friday.
What are your delivery charges?
A flat delivery charge of ₹99 applies to all orders. Enjoy free delivery on orders above ₹2,500.
What time will my order be delivered?
All orders are delivered between 5 PM and 8 PM on your chosen delivery date. If you require delivery after 8 PM please let us know via WhatsApp at +91 6360712195 at the time of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit cards, UPI and digital wallets.
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely! All payments are processed through Shopify's secure and encrypted payment gateway.
